- Payment for Flower Gel is required with order, by cheque, in full before dispatch. Cheques should be made payable to Richard Fenwick in £ sterling only please.
- Any complaint regarding the condition of the Flower Gel must be confirmed in writing within seven days after the Flower Gel is received.
- Please allow 21 days from receipt of payment for delivery, though most will be delivered within 14 days.
